DisplayLink are continually delivering new features, performance enhancements and bug fixes through software updates. The latest version of software is always available through the DisplayLink website. Please make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest DisplayLink software, and checked to see if your issue still occurs, before submitting a question.

Cannot set a screen resolution?

DisplayLink provide different technology chips, that support different maximum resolutions. Before contacting DisplayLink, please check your product documentation or the product vendor, to ensure the product supports the required resolution.

Not sure which product you should buy?

When purchasing a product, always look for the "DisplayLink certified" logo, to make sure it is approved by DisplayLink. If you want to know more about a particular product, then check out our shop or have a look in the forums.

Having problems with a product?

DisplayLink is a technology provider to many top technology manufacturers. We do not make or sell any products under the DisplayLink brand. If you are having problems with a product that contains DisplayLink technology, you should first contact the product manufacturer for a solution to your problem, before contacting DisplayLink.
