DisplayLink's Unsolicited Ideas Submission Policy
DisplayLink Corporation and its subsidiaries ("DisplayLink") and its worldwide employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works ("submissions") in any form to DisplayLink or any of its global employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when DisplayLink's products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to DisplayLink.
If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of the contents of your letter, the following terms shall apply to your submissions:
- Your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of DisplayLink, without any form of compensation to you.
- DisplayLink may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way.
- There is no obligation for DisplayLink to review, consider or acknowledge the submission.
- There is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
DisplayLink does, however, welcome your feedback regarding all areas of our business. If you want to send us your feedback, please use the contact us form. Please provide only specific feedback on DisplayLink's existing products or marketing strategies. Do not include any ideas that DisplayLink's policy will not permit acceptance or consideration.
